180m2 shared in two floors. Experimental project challenging spatial qualities and mechanical properties of engineered wood.

The dwelling has a concrete core and foundation. In the core are located bathrooms and staircase. The majority of the partition walls and exterior walls are built in CLT (cross laminated timber).

The interior spaces are open and bright in the living areas on the ground floor and more closed and intimate in the night/working spaces on the first floor.

The standard dimensions of the CLT panels imposes the overall dimensions of the construction. The concrete foundation establishes the grid that is then integrated in the interior layout.

A villa suitable for a family of 4 to 6 people. With minor changes the interior spaces can be adapted to different needs.
